"In folk medicine, our biologics used ammonites to enhance fertility and lessen birthing pains. Its compounds had also treated livestock. It was believed that ammonites had healing powers. For me, it represents emotions of devotion and virtue. It promotes longevity and tranquility. But most importantly, the metaphysical properties draw in chi while its spirals push outward to promote abundance, well-being and health. Its positive energy draws off negative influences and stimulates a life-force from within. In addition, this beautiful organism has recall. It reminds us of its existence in a past life: an extinct species of a transitional fossil. It is the past linking the future. The coil represents life, death and rebirth. The center represents the eye that achieves wisdom. The repeated cycles of evolution will carry us forward with a connection from the past. As with the ammonite, our spiritual energies will flow through us to give balance."

Aurora revealed her newly inked tattoo of an ammonite. There was an eye in the center, which resembled the eye of an embryo, while the tail of a sperm penetrated its chamber. It represented the emission of a seed infiltrating the symbol of perpetuation. The coiled shell was reminiscent of a timepiece in antiquity with a winder attached to the top; it depicted the essence of time...

Their contradictions reflect the wrongdoings and inept thinking of the past. No genetic markers define race within a species. All of humankind should have been considered as one race. Ethnicity and the color of one’s skin should not have dictated to the segregation of diverse classifications. It is as if the humans considered their native origin to be subclasses within their species. It is a biological myth and an ignorant reference we must continue to eliminate!”

HERE IT IS!

Check out my sci-fi novel: Beingkind - A Brave New Race.  I just received a copy through Amazon Kindle to approve. I will be reviewing and have the novel available this week! In this future world, with qualities similar to ours, we find that we have allowed technology to infiltrate our homes and compromise our privacy. We ask ourselves why humankind has taken their freedom for granted and if inequality, whether it is related to race or gender, has been the byproduct of ignorance, fear, power, and even jealousy. The signs of an unstable ecologic and economic planet are ignored as time fast forward and leaves civilization behind. In our future, we find that we have abandoned family values even when we must confront a fractured world and fight for its survival.
