BeingKind A Brave New Race by Linda G Palma

Excerpts from BeingKind  - A Brave New Race:
"Ammonis Cornua," Professor John reviewed to all. "Sutures follow through the coiled shape. This form resembles the horns of our mountain goats which may infer that we are related." Professor John nodded to all as though convincing us to agree with him. "Consider the backbone from when you are genetically determined. You are curled before you straighten your back to evolve into a being!  At one point the backbone appears to be absorbed enabling us to walk upright."

Thank you for this riveting review on Amazon.

today's world

In our current milieu, I find myself referring back to my novel where we can learn much during these crucial crossroads of our life. Quotes from BeingKind - A Brave New Race:  "Race!"  There was fire in my sister’s eyes. “After all, what does race truly mean? Our government uses this term to acknowledge hatred. Their contradictions reflect the wrongdoings and inept thinking of the past. No genetic markers define race within a species. All of humankind should have been considered as one race. Ethnicity and the color of one’s skin should not have dictated to the segregation of diverse classifications. It is as if the humans considered their native origin to be subclasses within their species. It is a biological myth and an ignorant reference we must continue to eliminate!”

Ammonite

This picture is an ammonite which is symbolic to my novel: BeingKind - A Brave New Race. The ammonite is a transitional fossil which means it has become extinct. It represents infinity, the evolution of life, the positive energy and a connection to our past. Our ancestors have crushed and used it as a fertility supplement and it was believed to have calcium benefits.  I view this ammonite, who I call Cornelia, as our connection to our past. Its curve resembles the backbone of an embryo which we have absorbed to finally walk upright.
